Our orders are shipped from our studio in Lado Sarai, New Delhi. All payments are accepted via Razorpay.

As soon you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.

Orders are shipped within 7-10 working days of order placement. Orders placed during sale take 10-12 working days to ship from the date of order placement. International shipping time may vary based on your location. 

Shipping within India

We offer free shipping over the bill value INR 15000. Once your order is shipped please allow us 2-3 days from date of dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide at a flat rate that is calculated based on weight of the order.

You will see the final shipping at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. Please also note that the shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. We cannot control these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be. Please do note THREE does not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at care@wearthree.com. The payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.

Return or Exchange

We hope you love everything that you order from us because we absolutely make every product with love and care. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

If upon receipt of your order you find anything unsatisfactory, damaged in transit please drop us a line. We would be happy to provide a refund or exchange. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

Once the merchandise has been checked, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Cost of the return will be borne by customer.

Please be careful while trying on items. Item should be returned in an unused condition as THREE holds the right to not accept returns in case product appears to be used or damaged. We accept returns/alterations/exchange within 12-15 days of purchase and the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.

Pieces bought in sale/ special pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable. In case of a fit issue we can exchange the size for the same style.

Candles are only shipped in India. We will not accept any return/ exchange in candles. 

Made to Order

Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any customised or made to order item unless the product is faulty or not as discussed .

Nothing gives us more joy than knowing that our cottons, wools, linens are worn by you repeatedly and that they remain long-loved favorites for years to come.

Make sure to not use any harsh chemical on clothes while washing or otherwise. (starch or strong detergent).

Our garments already come pre- washed but the best way to maintain them will be to wash them separately in cold water with very mild detergent. You may dry clean them, optionally.
